Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.
Amending Your Appointment
If you need to amend your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Changes requested within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.
Cancellations
Sessions are non-refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be considered cancelled and the payment will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your session, the appointment may need to be shortened in order to avoid impacting the next scheduled booking.
The full session fee will still apply.
First Session
Your first appointment may be slightly longer (approximately 15–30 minutes) to allow time for consultation and any necessary forms before the session begins.
